1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Social Marketing Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tools.


2. Description of Service

Social Marketing Toolkit provides digital tools including, but not limited to, biolink pages, URL shorteners, QR code generation, single-page website hosting, image conversion, and DNS lookups. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool at our discretion without notice.


3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  2. All activities that occur under your account.
  3. Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Spam & Phishing: Creating shortened links or QR codes that lead to malicious software or deceptive sites.
  2. Abuse: Using automated scripts to "scrape" data or overwhelm our DNS lookup and conversion tools.
  3. Illegal Content: Hosting single-page websites that contain illegal material, hate speech, or infringe on intellectual property.
  4. Impersonation: Creating biolink pages that falsely claim to represent another person or entity.
Note: We reserve the right to terminate accounts or delete content (links, pages, etc.) that violates these policies without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Our Content: The logo, design, and original code of Social Marketing Toolkit are our property and protected by copyright.
  2. Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload (images, text for biolinks). However, by using our hosting tools, you grant us a license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the service.


6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Social Marketing Toolkit makes no warranties that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of our tools (e.g., a shortened link going down).


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
